Are my documents uploaded?
No. Every tool on this page processes the PDF inside your browser. The file is read into your device's memory and the result is saved straight to your downloads. Nothing is sent to FusioFiles or any other server.
Does the redactor really remove the text?
Yes. When you save, every page with a redaction box is rebuilt as a flat image with the box burned in, and the original text, fonts, form values and annotations on that page are deleted from the file. Pages without redactions are left unchanged.
How do I check a redaction someone else made?
Open it in the PDF Redaction Checker. It renders each page and lists any text that exists in the file but is not visible, such as words under black boxes or white text, plus redaction marks that were never applied.
Are these tools free?
Yes. There is no account, no watermark and no daily limit. Because the work happens on your device, there are no server costs to pass on.
Is this legal advice or a compliance guarantee?
No. These are document tools. Whether a production, filing or disclosure meets your obligations depends on your court, jurisdiction and professional rules, so review the output before you rely on it.
